We are looking for a true craftsperson to join our highly motivated team, in our nationally renowned business. The ideal candidate is a dedicated professional who shares our commitment to meticulous standards and quality.
Essential skills:
A minimum of three years' experience in a high-quality commercial bakery or patisserie.
Proven, hands-on expertise and a demonstrated passion for dough lamination, creating high-quality hand made croissants, breads and pastries.
A genuine passion for creation, balanced with an unwavering commitment to product consistency.
A current and valid NZ driver’s licence.
Excellent English communication skills are essential for collaborating with our diverse team.
Beyond these non-negotiables, we need a genuine team player who is punctual, reliable, and brings a methodical, detail-oriented approach to their work. The right candidate thrives in a busy kitchen and remains calm and effective under pressure.
