Position: Bookkeeper

Location: Central Otago (Mostly Remote)

Hours: Part Time / 15-20+ hours

Pay: $40-$45 per hour as a contractor

We're looking for a local NZ based Finance Admin for 15-20 hours of work per week with the possibility for more hours and advancement as the business grows.

Figure 9 is based in Wanaka and is a business that prioritises dependability, efficiency, and flexibility. This is mostly a remote role and applications are welcome from Wanaka, Cromwell, Queenstown, and Alexandra.

This opportunity offers flexibility and would be great for someone looking to get back into the workforce or needing to match another part time job.

Main job tasks:

• Bookkeeping tasks such as Reconciling, loading bills and invoices, Checking GST and monitoring emails

• Payroll Processing

• End of month reporting and reconciliations

Other additional tasks relating to one-off jobs and general admin will be available and can be discussed before taken on.

What we need:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience with using Xero for finance admin

- Accounts admin, bookkeeping and/or payroll experience
