    • Series of 3 lunchtime webinars (1 hour each, Thursdays 12–1 PM, online).

    • These sessions take the lid off what it means to be a leader, and what that looks like for the real live humans in your care. You will come out of this session accountable for the things you need to work on.  With a renewed intelligence about how your part in the leadership culture can make or break it….and the people within it.

    • Open to individuals and businesses, with flexible attendance options.

    • Delivered in a format that supports busy schedules and real-world application.

    • Half an hour 1-2-1 follow up session included.

    • This three-part leadership series explores the behaviours that build trust, credibility, and performance — moving from intent, to capability, to consistent impact.

Each session builds on the last, providing leaders with practical insight into how their everyday actions shape team culture and results.

      Part One: Character & Intent

Leadership behaviours that build integrity and trust

This session focuses on the character-based behaviours that signal leadership intent. Participants explore how honesty, respect, transparency, and accountability influence trust and morale, and how leadership behaviour — not role — sets the tone for team culture.

      Part Two: Competence in Action

      Leadership behaviours that demonstrate capability

This session examines how leaders build credibility through delivery. Participants explore behaviours that support accountability, clear expectations, feedback, and performance — and how addressing issues early strengthens confidence and results.

Part Three: Character & Competence Combined

Leadership behaviours that build trust and get results

The final session brings character and competence together, focusing on the everyday behaviours that sustain trust, manage performance, and support high-performing teams — especially when conversations are difficult.

  • This series helps leaders move from good intentions to effective action. Participants will gain greater self-awareness, clearer leadership habits, and practical tools to build trust, manage performance, and lead confidently — especially when conversations are uncomfortable or expectations need to be reset.

Genuine accountability through your individual follow up.
