Louise Merrall, an Accredited Professional HRNZ (APHRNZ), is our HR specialist, delivering a range of workshops from a basic introduction to HR, though legal obligations and paperwork on to staff development and beyond.

Louise takes an inquiry-based approach to coaching.  As a “why child” she ensures that attendees are not only armed with ideas on “what” to do but also the reasons behind the approaches offered.  This is achieved through providing evidence, analogies and real-life anecdotes to reflect the benefits and pitfalls of different HR approaches.  She seeks to ensure content is engaging and relevant to attendees through at conversational and interactive delivery style.
